Welcome to Unsubscribe. By purchasing a membership, accessing member-only content, or participating in any associated offerings (workshops, events, mailbags, discussions), you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of this membership:

• You receive immediate access to our intellectual property (essays, workshops, archives, chats, etc.).

• Substack and Stripe charge non-refundable processing fees that we must absorb even if we issue a refund.

• Therefore, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Please purchase only if you’re confident this is the right fit for you.

2. Membership Access

When you become a paid member, you get access to exclusive content, including:

• Biweekly essays

• Monthly workshops

• Private discussions

• Member Q&As

• Special invitations to events

This access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or published elsewhere without permission.

3. Intellectual Property

All content published through Unsubscribe, including but not limited to essays, workshop recordings, frameworks, and discussions, is the exclusive property of Justin Welsh. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes.

4. Community Conduct

Participation in comments, discussions, workshops, or events must be respectful and constructive. I reserve the right to revoke access for behavior that is:

• Harassing or offensive

• Self-promotional in bad faith

• Disruptive to the experience of others

No refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Billing and Renewal

• Memberships are billed through Substack using Stripe.

• All plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

• You can manage or cancel your membership through your Substack account settings.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Substantive changes will be communicated via email or prominently within the newsletter.
